Thanks, again, for enabling us (Erin, and our students, in particular), to showcase the CMU CS Academy at ISTE two weeks ago. We got to chat with a lot of people (mostly due to the great location that our booth had!) and it was one of the best conference experiences CS Academy has had! Thanks, again, for your help in support in making it so!
See you next year at SIGCSE, hopefully someplace warmer than Minnesota!

6/25/2017 – Double-sized CTN Playground Sunday afternoon from 12:30pm – 4:00pm in the area opposite the 214 rooms and 215. Like last year, we again have a bunch exhibits and a bunch students there to help you learn new things. Here’s a list of exhibits:
- CyberPatriot Security Competition (several winning teams)
- CyberSecurity Card Game
- Harvard University new Thunkable app development system
- Harvard University new Root Robot
- MAD-Learn software development
- Code.org – K-5 Foundations, CS Principles curriculum and the new CS Discoveries curriculum
- Agent Sheets and Cubes
- No Fear Code – author Heidi Williams will talk and demo software from her new book with a student
- Droneblocks
- Spheros robots as well as Finch robots
- Micro:bit
- NCWIT Aspirations awardees and Aspire-IT program
- NCWIT will have available and discuss their many excellent resources
- USFIRST FTC all-girls championship team with their robot
- Boys and Girls Clubs highlighting their new STEM program with CS and CT emphasis
