Storing my research on osteoporosis here, so I can find it. I should have done more a decade ago when I was first diagnosed with osteopenia, like adding more bone nutrients to my diet. I started weight training a year ago, but have walked daily for decades. Started on Alendronate but stopped after a month after more research on side effects. Looking for natural solutions, but not finding a doctor to help; they want to prescribe drugs. So guess I need to be my own doctor.
